Return and Cancellation Policy for Style Wrap
At Style Wrap, we strive to provide high-quality products. However, please note that we do not accept returns or cancellations for any orders once they have been shipped.
Mobile Skins coverage
Most of for models cover sides but in the rear case scenario, some models do not have sides included
Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective item, we are here to assist you. Please send a detailed email to stylewrap.shop@gmail.com , including:
- A clear video showing the defect and unboxing is required.
- Any additional proof (photos, descriptions) of the issue.
Once we receive your email, our customer service team will review the information and get back to you promptly.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. You will receive tracking information via email and SMS once your order is dispatched. Estimated time of delivery is around 5-10 business days, we do our best but its not a guarantee.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Return/Refunds
Due to nature of product we do not take returns or refunds in any case. If you refuse to accept the parcel or is returned due to customer address issues or customer unavailability 100% cancellation fees will be deducted due to customized nature of the product.
